Customers to keep an eye on
Top 20 are prioritised by ordering gap and sales decline. This list flags customers with significant sales declines, a gap in ordering or a sharp margin drop. A customer can appear for more than one reason. Changes reflect the period selected above.
Customer Value Groups (CVG)
Sales value, rolling 12 monthsSet the minimum annual sales needed for each group. We'll compare each customer's latest rolling 12-month sales with the 12 months before that. A group movement is different from a sales decline: both matter.

Monthly customer sales targets
13 previous periods · best 1 and worst 4 removedFor each customer, take the 13 complete months before the selected reporting month. Remove the highest month and the four lowest months, then average the eight remaining months. Compare that target with sales in the selected month. A month with no sales counts as £0. Ties are resolved chronologically.
Click a customer for a full 13-period target breakdown. Customers without 13 prior months of reporting history are not assigned a target.
